II. Innovation is mission critical, and accessible to all roles (dispelling the myth that innovation only applies to a select few.  Reinforcing the need to innovate at all levels, in all roles.  Introduce the concept of 'everyday innovation' and 'operational innovation'. The need to leverage innovative thinking in all aspects of daily professional life).
III. Bridging the Gap Shifting from WHY to HOW.
V. Putting innovation into action (call to arms, next steps)

We know that a male present continues to play a vital role in the lives of your children, families, and community. We know we must continue to shape the positive trajectory of our students.

What: C.P.R. Bring Life to Male/ Men Engagement in your school. Invite educators, parents, and mentors (men and women).

Who: Who should attend this session. Anyone or any organization that impacts the lives of students should be in attendance. This section will promote and uplift male/men engagement.

In addition, research shows that when men are present in schools and involved in children’s lives, negative behavior decreases, student achievement increases and children are better adjusted socially. Maybe the same thing has happened to you. You hit a spot in
the school year where you ask yourself: "How do I make this lesson engaging while also rigorous? Maybe you have felt stuck and just needed a fresh strategy.

Topics include building relationsihps, small group instruction, student engagement, parent participation, and even some teacher hacks. Join me!
